Junior Golf Ranger

Are you a golf enthusiast with a passion for sharing your love of the game? We're on the lookout for dynamic and dedicated Junior Golf Rangers to join our team and inspire the next generation of golfers!

The Junior Ranger plays a vital role in supporting our summer Junior Golf Program by providing on-course guidance, promoting golf etiquette, ensuring participant safety, and helping create a positive, structured learning environment. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with youth, has a passion for golf, and understands the importance of pace of play and course care.

Key Duties:

• Escort and guide junior golfers on the golf course during their 9-hole playing sessions.
• Reinforce proper golf etiquette and sportsmanship.
• Monitor and teach appropriate pace of play.
• Assist with basic on-course maintenance duties such as:
  • Fixing ball marks on the greens
  • Cleaning up debris
  • Encouraging bunker raking and tee box care
• Provide encouragement and support to junior participants.
• Serve as a role model for respectful, responsible and enthusiastic golf behavior. 

Qualifications:

• Must be responsible, punctual, and have good communication skills.
• Experience playing or understand golf rules and etiquette is not required, but preferred.
• Ability to work the golf course and be outdoor for extended periods.
